Don't they realize that god is saying "don't make me throw more people on the tarmac" . They sit in the sun sipping on their drinks and how many will god have to kill while they sit and enjoy the day.

HA the good life --Cart witnessing
by wannaexit inon my way home from work today, i saw the modern day pioneers having a grand old time, relaxing in the sun.
two sprawled on one bench and the other two talking up a storm, with their iced cappuccino, just enjoying the day.
the two carts were a number of feet away.

Since I left the organization and was finally able to clarify my fantasy about humans living in peace and harmony on this planet. I've done alot of thinking about humanity and it would be nice if kindness and goodness was the order of the day but sadly it is not. The planet is full of all kinds of humans with their own capabilities and agendas.
I used to believe or at least I tried to believe that there was a loving god who had our best interests at heart and we could trust him and paradise was coming. I was in my own dreamworld but now I see the bible as a book about a monster who threatens us with destruction and tells us we deserve it. The world is crazy and maybe being kind works sometimes but not always. Sometimes it's like feeding cookies to a large bear when you run out your in trouble. I'm disappointed for sure but it is what it is. You have to find something interesting to do with your life while avoiding dangerous pitfalls until you run out of time which we all will despite having once thought we could live forever or maybe not even die. That was kind of fun for a while but it wasn't true.

An Orang-Utan has been rescued in Borneo
by LoveUniHateExams inshe had been held captive for two days by locals in borneo but has been rescued by a team from the bos foundation - an indonesian conservation organisation, apparently.
she is displaying wild behaviours so can be released back into the wild at some stage.. and here she is .... .
she kinda reminds me of someone .... .

Mary knew that look of disapproval even as her mother tried to hide it with that Mona Lisa smile of hers. All around the room lay the remnants of a real human life not a house staged by the Property brothers. Let me make you a grilled cheese Mama said as she started washing a crusty frying pan that had taken up residence on the stove. Mary remembered those delicious grilled cheese sandwiches and thought better of the situation. After lunch they gathered up the dirty clothes, washed the dishes and then spent the rest of the afternoon sitting on the back porch with a cup of "restoring tea".
